Follow the Julio Foolio Shooting Case — FL v. Alicia Andrews

The Florida trial of defendant Alicia Andrews of Florida rapper Julio Foolio is now underway in a Tampa courtroom.

According to prosecutors that she helped track the rapper’s movements while Charles Jones was in Tampa for his birthday. They claim she kept tabs with others who later ambushed the rapper in a hotel parking lot.

Multiple shooters allegedly fired dozens of rounds, taking his life and wounding multiple people.

She faces charges of first-degree murder and planning a murder.

Investigators have presented cell phone data that they say show her role in the planning. This includes deleted texts and social media posts recovered from her iCloud.

Andrews’ lawyer argues that she was unaware of the shooting. Her team Julio Foolio courtroom insists she was just on a trip with her boyfriend.
